Shipping policy

Shipping rates are non-refundable and must be covered again by the customer in case of a return to our dispatching location.

Parcels to the United States may have higher shipping costs due to the new DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) requirements. 

Returns are NOT accepted, but if there is an issue with your order please reach out through the contact form and we will do our best to assist you.
